WELCOME TO PREVOT'S
Almost everybody that walks through our doors asks us the same question, “Who is the distinguished gentleman that sat us?  It definitely looks as if he has been in the business for a long time”.  Well, he has. He is none other than Raymond Prevot, the founder of our restaurant. 
IT ALL STARTED IN 1984
at the Union Hotel in Benicia when he and his son Daniel opened their first restaurant.   After a couple of years Daniel met Dorise and they opened Prevot’s #1 on South Market and Prevot’s #2 on Forest Hills, San Francisco…where they stayed until they moved to the East Bay in 2001 to raise their budding family.
